89BonnieSE89, It is a term I have heard used during my visit with my relatives in Charlotte, N.C. I think it means going cruising on a Friday night to the local malls. It looks like a visit to Canada is in order so I can learn some new words.

89BonnieSE89, I would like to get some toonies. Kind of a collector but I can't find out what loonies mean. So, if I asked someone on the street Howdy, where is the nearest watering hole? Reckon they would know what I mean. btw, are you showing a red X on your sig NorthStar?

LOL..well, ya, watering hole is the nearest bar or pub...ask us and we will direct, but can you handle 7% beer 
A toonie is a 2 dollar coin, same color as a loonie in the centre with a silver outer ring. A loonie is just a one dollar coin

89BonnieSE89, That loonie is not a bad looking coin. May have to get some of them also. You learn something every day. I didn't know if cardomain was down it would not display our pics.
