Network question (wall plate)

I am wireing up wall plates at work and i want to know if anyone can confirm that this is wired correctly. It works, but that doesn't mean it was done right thgough...

this is how i made the cable end that plugs into the switch...

this is how i did the wall plate...

Look alright to you?

the only thing "wrong" is that I put all lines in towards the center, the cut end is out. no biggie though

yeah, i'm thinking i'll do that next time. this is the first one i've done (ever...) and the green yellow colors threw me.

What type of tool did you use to punch down the wires on to the jack?

Better get the punch down tool. Network wires can be really picky. I've done it for years and even with teh tool it can still not work right.

plus the punch down tool trims off the ends, less chance for interferance.
