Special crate. The strength of the field drops off VERY fast. About six inches of space between it and anything steel should be enough to make it manageable. Also, they're not allowed to ship anything nearly that powerful by air...

You'd probably need more than 6" of space for that large disc. The ones I got are smaller than a quarter (diameter) and start to attract things from a few inches away. Someone order one so we know.

Oh, it'll attract things, but 6" should be enough that they can be easily detached...

Anyway, they're here. Powerful little suckers, can't wait to get some brackets and get them on the cabinets. Figure 33lbs pull force oughtta keep the cats from rattling the damn doors...

But I believe most surgical pins and plates are titanium, aren't they?
