split it up in a self-extracting archive, they just have to double click the first chunk. they will get 5 or 6 (depending on how many chunks there are) emails from yousendit, they click on the link in each email and the parts get downloaded

If I host it, how do you get it to me to upload?

give him a folder and logon to ftp it to. I could do the same thing (on 1&1), but it would be easier if he did it the way I suggested
