A guy I work with has a small business that can design and print any sorts of vinyl graphics, big or small.

He has created small logo stickers, windshield banner stickers, auto graphics, boat graphics, you name it.

This is a Detroit-area based company, but he will ship out graphics anywhere. He has done a lot of work recently for a Scion club, and the graphics he has printed are pretty cool.

I can try to request photos from him of some of the things he has printed out.

I wonder if he could make a template for the door and bumper lettering inserts on 96-99 SE'*, 96-99 all model PONTIAC on the rear tail, and the cutouts on the 2k+ ones on the bumpers. Maybe if he had a test car?
