well here is the deal I just got the bonne payed off and am now looking for a "fun" car well I was looking at 98 firebird v6 with thoughts of putting the ZZP stroker kit in it and stage 3 head cam package from intense and maybe a sts system for it and a full suspension. Some of you know I have a 78 trans am sitting at home slowly getting fixed it has some serious rust issues but has a strong 400 sitting in it. I got a call from an ex lastnight saying she found a pretty nice late second gen like the 78 for sale down in the tx area. She couldn't stop and look at it closer but she is pretty sure it was a plain jane firebird but will be able to look on tuesday next week. would you get the 70'* firebird or the 98? I am looking for a car that would be just over looked as not a challenge. the one advantage the v6 would have is the exhaust note would not reveal anything about the beast beneath. The advantage to the second gen would be part interchangability. The disadvantage to the second gen is police attention vs the undercover firebird. what are your thoughts.
