o.k i just called my insurance company to get a quote on having both cars with full coverage and besides that they told me that they came to a conclussion on my accident..they said it will be 70% mt fault because i had a stop sing and 30% the other guys fault because of the illegal left turn that they know he did.

so my question is how will this work.? will they pay him for 70% of his damages and pay me for 30% of my damages..... or would they pay him and not pay me.. i masking becaus my agent is on vaction untill friday and no other person is authorized to discuss my claim with me.? os can anyone help or does any one have any experience with this type of thing..

I'd think that means 70% of the total to fix the cars comes from your insurance, 30% from his.

so you think i might get paid something.? because 30% of my estimated damage ($2100)
is enough to cover what i paid out of pocket to fix it.
