ok so i currently have a sony psc-p72. it was a very nice camara very good picture quality easy menu systems and everything. well last night it died, the lens wont pop out and open. so i have the 4 year warrenty from best buy and since the camara is kinda old and dated im hopeing they wont fix it, cuz its makes some really bad sounds. so im hopeing they just dont fix it and the guy at best by said they would probly give me my money back in store credit. so if that happen im gonna be looking for a new camara im gonna have 300 for a new camara. im not looking for something like what sol has just something better decent.

The canonon powershot A520 is also a really nice camera to use. Takes good pictures too. My ex-gf has one.


If I get a new digi it will be the 520 or 610.

I really like this one I got. You can bid on 1 an hour on ebay. Take the extra cash and get a 1 gig card. Takes very good pics.

You will need a larger storage card as well. A 16MB card is not big at all.

Agreed. I'm not really a fan of Kodak cameras...

does that canon 610 upgrade lens and if so what u recamend(sp)?

edit:i found some lenses which is better for a verity of shots or does each lenes only work for one type of shot?

What lenses are you talking about? The 610 just uses a single lens.
