I use DC++ LOTS and LOTS and lots... of people yse it, and most of the stuff on there is realy good quality...

Just get the free version of Limewire and then D/L the pay for PRO version 
Sometimes it can be a real pain to find exactly what you're looking for but,I haven't had an RIAA doctored file yet

heres an update on my issue for anyone... I got all the licenses fixed. i guess napster released an update and i guess it was required to continue to use the songs... either way i got the update and i got everything working. I did a lot of other work too and am in the process of redoing the way i organize my music and deleating duplicate files... long process.

Yes, downloading music is also illegal, but much harder to document. It'* a lot easier, and more profitable, for them to go after the "distributors"
