Default my sheety weekend how was yours?

well i bought a jeep... a 99 jeep cherokee... 4.0 motor.. has like 138k on it or something like that... dont member right off top of my head.. but anyways i got it from my cousin.. she wanted 1500 for it i offered 1 grand cash she took it... ok heres the problem.. it overheats... well she gave me receipts from tuffy for brand new water punp about 28k miles ago (500$ job) they also replaced the top and bottom rad house and thremo houseing... they told her she needed the rad replaced... so i spent 150$ at auto zone and got new rad, thermo, gasket and fluid... lifetime warrenty deal too!!! wahoo... so i fix it... start getttiin drunk in the process.... ya know you have to drink when working on a car... its the man law!!! lol anyways... the dammmm thing still overheats... so my drunk azzz takes the cap off the rad.. ya it blows HOT anti freeze/ water all over the place... hahaha was sorta cool though... but i screw round iwth it for the next day... still over heats... so at this point it came down to start replacing sheet till its fixed... well i decided to take the hoses off the heater core... start her up... no sucking and no blowing of any fluids (at this time its just gettin water cause anti freeze gets expensive) so hmmm... my stop the water pump but no it should be fine its only about yr and half old... less then 30k miles on it... so i tryed changing the thermo... maybe i just bought a bad one... well nope still over heating... so this time it well im gonna pull the water pump just have a have a look see... oh my gawd!!!! wow... for a yr old pump it looked like
well here have a look.... tell me if this looks like a 300$ water pump (plus labor) tuffy deal

well a brand new water pump nopt rebuilt with a lifetime warrenty was less them 50 bucks... so i got it and well it works like a charm now!!!!! but all in all i have just a little about 1250$ wraped up into it now... for a 98 charokee... i cant beach... ill take more pics once i get her cleaned up... has the antifreeze stains right now... and it wont quit raining... so... hopefully this week... nope i have to move this weekend... oh and this is the kicker to my weekend.. im all done working on the jeep im covered in sweat... i wanta take a shower... oh no i cant the water dept turned off the water cause there is a broken water line and the concret slab has to be torn up to replace the water line... so i jumped in the pool... hahahaha i clean it so i dont care!!! but ya me weekend blowed how bout yours?? but i did save some money on my auto insurance!!! lol

Well, that certainly doesn't look like a water pump that was replaced just 30K ago! It looks more like someone got taken for a $500 ride.

Anyway, glad you got it fixed.

BTW, where did you learn to write? I was all out of breath by the time I finished reading this.
