Very nice. Acers seem to be really good computers. We had 2 desktops, a Acer Acros and Acer Aspire we used from 1996-1999, and they ran fine, no problems with them other than the occasional virus or deleted file. I would assume the newer Acers are just as good, if not better.

What you pay for that? My gf needs a laptop soon.

I haven't heard good things about the Acer Notebooks or their service/support. Are you guys finding them to be decent?

Anything over 2 Gb is a waste of money in a laptop or even desktop. I speak from personal experience.

I agree. between Gaming, and editing HUGE panorama files (15-20 5-10MB each Image files) in photoshop, etc. the extra RAM really helps..
