Ok I'm back and my Mom is in the ICU because her blood pressure dropped and stayed low. (80'* / 40'*). The operation went fine and she'* not even talking pain meds; they're just not sure why the BP dropped so low. She made me laugh; when I said that now she would have another scar on her neck, she said "Thats the good thing about wrinkles: they hide scars pretty good."

Just saw this for the first time... glad to hear it went well (except for the BP issue). She'll feel 100% better now that the blood is circulating better...more energy, everything.
