My house stinks.

It smells something like ceramic header coating curing at 450 in the oven.

For the life of me, I can't figure it out. :?

Did you know you can get a front exhaust manifold in the oven WITH the crossover pipe at JUST the right angle, and the door will almost close?

Doing the steak seperately. Outgassing during curing would have ruined the marinade.
