My 1st car was a 64 Catalina 4 door sedan that my brother gave me. I sold it before I got my license because someone gave me a 68 Fury III 4 door sedan with a 383 and a bad transmission.

Cool. I also had a 64 Catalina. 2drSptCpe. A little older than most friends cars at the time, but that thing was one classy optioned out ride. I felt very similar about it then, as I do my Bonneville now.

64 is one of my favorite years. I have owned many 64 Bonnevilles and a few Catalinas.

First car: 1991 Firebird with a 3.1 V6. I got it just over 8 years ago and still have it.

A V6 Firebird with a Ram Air hood? For shame! Unless...there'* a V8 under that hood now?

Some people were surprised by that little V6, especially when it had a custom 3" cat. back with no muffler.

The bird has a 355 Tuned Port Injection. It'* waiting for a new engine since that one is locked up. Lesson learned, get a tune and have secondary car to drive so you could tune it. That car is last on the list to work on.
