Um is she blind
I am 36 and can see things on a laptop screen perfectly.I am just kidding lol really I am anyway hope you get everything worked out.

its to open multi windows ( atleast 4 ) on the one 30'' screen at once so tjhere is no switching screens inbetween her writing and reading,,, it slows her down to always stop and switch screens..
