My boss and I resolved things and it is finally over.I had enough of a few things that were happening.One was the accusing of me stealing shop supplies twice,I did not do this and this was last year.I have seniority at this shop,an auto repair/diesel repair shop working there for 8 years.My boss knows me very well,no comebacks on my record and wants to keep me.I come in on time too ready to work which he likes.I was cleared of the stealing issue,it was an ex co worker of mine doing this caught on video tape.Plus he gave me a huge surprise,a raise.He cares about me,knows I am a mother of two kids.I have a 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter to raise to feed and keep clothes on including pay my bills.

Thanks and in talks of me being part owner starting in December.My boss is a great guy,he was great to me when my father passed away 3 monthes ago.I called in and told him I am not going to make it in.Told me take the day off,his wife sent my family a condolence card which was kind of them to.My boss and his wife were even at the visitation and the funeral.My boss has a heart of gold,thinks about othersIt was even when I was pregnant with my daughter,made it easy on me.
