--Resolved-- Turn signals look like they're about to die
My turn signals are blinking verryyyy slowly. I'll watch other people'* signals, and theirs will blink 2-3 times for every one blink of mine. Also, the signals aren't timed perfectly. In other words the time between the blinks will vary. They'll sometimes also die in mid-blink as well. Like half way through the blink it will fade out and then come back really quickly.
Like: Blink..........blink..........blink..blink........ ..blink..........blink..blink...........blink..... .....blink
I've checked all of the signals and they all blink. None of the bulbs are burnt out or anything. Anyone have any ideas?

Just kidding, obviously. Is it easy to replace a turn signal relay?

Turn signal relay is located in the area of the fuse box under the drivers feet. Might be attached to the backside of the hushpanel. Replacement is an easy single connector. Pull old off..push new on. Test and smile.

Although mine was more difficult to get to (Damn Oldsmobile). I did not snap the new unit back into its bracket, just in case I have to get to it again. It will take me all of 5 minutes to replace the next time. If there is a Next Time!!!
Just keep in mind there is another Flashing Unit for the Hazard(4-way) Lights in the same general area(I think).

designed your car as well as my Oldsmobile. Hookay, it'* been awhile but mine was located in the general area of the steering column. It was housed in this bracket that surrounded the flasher. And if and when you DO find it(and you will), do NOT put it back in that bracket again. Besides, as difficult as finding it should tell you that it should not have gone there in the first place. Just let it hang so you can get to it in a jiffy if it ever fails again. Good Luck.

Woo, I finally found it. It was next to the parking brake. I didn't even need to remove the left sound insulator (thanks for nothin, service manual). I popped it out, replaced it, and then tucked it back up in there, but didn't bother with snapping it back in the clip. Would've been more work than I was up for.
