I need to convert a quicktime movie to something that is compatible with windows media player. anyone know how to do this, or have a program that can do it for me?

ok, did a little more research on the problem and what i need is a quicktime file to be converted to an AVI file... i don't have the capibilities to do this at work (the filters block any programs i might try to download) and once i get home i woouldn't know what program to even look for.
