All of us prefer John Deere Equipment, but the last time we bought a combine, in 95, Case had a superior rotary machine while Deere still had cylinder/walker machines. Now that Deere makes a rotary, we switched. I doubt this thing will save any more grain than our last combine though. Most new combines have similar performance.

WTF was i thinking?

jwickoff you're the only one that will understand this, but my favorite part about the whole combine is that there'* a door on the side of the sieves and a light you can turn on inside there and all you have do is push a switch and watch the sieves go up and down! this is incredible! On the Case I had to take the beaters off, drop the discharge pan, lift the rubber flap, and squeeze in there with pliars and a flashlight.

Believe me, I know all about it. My project was to replace the auger bed upstream from the sieves.
