Before we get too far down a road we probably don't want to go, I, for one, don't think that because we in Michigan (or anywhere else) speak with our own accent (which makes me laugh, I talk normal...it'* all you non-Michigan people who speak funny anyways :P ) in any way of speaking butcher the English language, as some have suggested. English is like any other language-there are regional differences. Even you who claim to ennuciate and speak perfect English (
