You mean " Spring Amateur Night"? aka St Patrick'* Day (Winter Amateur Night is New Years Eve)

When I was a cop, we hated having to work either of those nights because people that didn't drink a drop the rest of the year seemed to think it was thier Civic Duty to go out that night. Get Blitzed. Then drive home....
