Verizon refused to accept $400 payment in quarters (wrapped).
I went back with ones. They tried to refuse and I explained that the contract said I needed to pay my bill and they were refusing payment. Took them a long time to count the ones..lol

Haha, isn't that funny. Now everyone else will have increased property taxes, or the budget will get screwed somewhere else in the government'* budget because of such "funny" stunts. 
I love it when rich peope like this complain. He has to pay $12k in taxes, but he'* probably raking in thousands in rent each month from his properties.
