hey friends im in dire need right now was planing on a simple warter coolent elbow change when something went snap i have a 98 ssei bonnevile i have uploaded pick in pick shows what broke and need fix asap i need to know what the part is called that broke and would like to know if it aluminium or cast iron if it can be bored out and replaced with new part need guidance

The center picture is the tensioner bracket. I have a few of those laying around. You will need to remove the broken piece from the water pump.

You will need to dig it out. It'* a bit of a pain. I'm in Wisconsin. But Billboost is a bit closer. If you need that part, one of us can get one to you. I'm sure $45 shipped would be good.

it seems to be in there abt a inch in and seems to be cas iron is the origanal part suposed to just slide in there with an oring or something

It'* aluminum, and yes, slides in with a O ring. But over time it can corrode a bit and get stuck.

so i got it out no problem gf called autozone right before they closed will have the part tomorow morning $109.00 i go threw you but need part as early as possible wish me luck they ordered the right one thanks for all the help plan on putting new rare shocks in this weekend not shere if an air ride auto sensor prob but its staying pumped up to the max on the right side
