Well were going tonight to put in our offer of $103,500 with them paying our closing costs. Wish us luck!!! :? I'm excited and nervous all at the same time.

WE GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
He countered us $1,000. We got it for $104,500 with him paying our closing costs, and him paying for a 1 year home warranty
