That'* the link with the pictures. They don't do it justice though. The house is up for 106,900. 3bdrms, 1 1/2 bath, 2 1/2 car heated garage, huge yard and fully spankin remodled inside and out!! Now we just have to put in our offer and I hope they take it. So wish us luck!!!

Very nice!

Also, I noticed the build date is 1969. I suggest you look at the breaker box/wiring and MAKE SURE it does NOT have aluminum wiring. If it does, stay away. Aluminum wiring was used around 1968-1975 in new home construction, and was halted after it was burning houses down.

Excellent. I wish you luck.

(Just so you know, I bet it was rewired due to previously having aluminum wiring).

Do your research.

A good site to use to guesstimate what your home is worth NOW is www.zillow.com It will show you the price of the property you are looking at, plus values of surrounding properties, and what they sold for if it was a recent sale. The information they use comes from various sources.

If the sale price is 107ish, offer 100 even, and they purchase appliances. Or perhaps a closing cost allowance.

It comes with the appliances. The fridge is brand new, and the stove doesn't look to be more than 3 years old. We have a washer and dryer so thats no biggie. We think were gonna offer between 102-103 with them paying the closing costs and see what happens.
