I agree the pilots were extremely vague in their reports. If they seriously wanted something fixed instead of a hilarious answer from the mechanics, they should be more specific. 
But if I were a pilot I'd probably look forward to reading the mechanics' comments. lol

That'* the funniest thing I've read in months... nice. I'll have to ask the guys at UPS if they've ever heard those. I work PT for them during busy seasons as truck helper - deliver/sort packages, scope addresses, play with the handheld (diad) lol. I think there'* a few members here that actually work for UPS full time.
