Default Little dilemma here, how many cars is enough?

OK my friends, I probably cant see the forest for the trees here, maybe its obvious to someone detached from the situation. We have 2 drivers in our household, and 4 cars, looking at a 5th SSE for some good parts. The only car we arent really attached to, is our 1999 Malibu. Its been a royal money pit since the ink dried on the contract, with still 2 years left to pay on it. This car did NOT hold its resale value at all, had a strange problem all summer with the wiring, and I havent driven it since having to push it home when it died again 2 blocks away LOL.

MrsCrzydmnd has her Bonneville, and parting with it isnt an option.

I have mine, newly aquired about 5 weeks ago and its serving time as my service vehicle for work, getting 250-300 miles a day.

Our truck is our baby and we dote on it as regular as the Bonnevilles.

Found a straight clean SSE locally for parts or repair (transmission shot) but it seems silly to add yet ANOTHER vehicle to the stable, especially with a one car garage and driveway that is barely large enough for 2.

I guess I am venting more than anything, the real answer is probably to get the Malibu paid down and sold (maybe traded for a clean 03-04 Bonneville LOL) and forget adding any more sheetmetal to the ranks as of the present moment.

Of course there is always the backyard too LOL....HMMM

($450) 1987 Bonne (ICM)
(Bosses') 1992 Chevy Van

The more cars the better, as long as you have room for em.

I have 3 for 2 drivers. One is a backup ride. I will be getting rid of my pickup in December and just be down to the 2 bonne'*. I will still be able to use the truck when I need to pull my camper so it will work out great.

you can never have enough cars man. I have the car i love, but i'm in the market for an 84-90 VW Golf Diesel with a 5 speed. <- that'll be a kick *** car.. a funny one too. I must say though, as long as YOU don't think you have too many cars, then you are alright, if you are realizing you don't like having them all, then you need to do something about it.

hehe, thanks everyone. I am wanting this SSE pretty bad, it needs TLC and a trans, but MrsCrzydmnd say no more. Gotta keep her happy or I might get sick (see post by Twister titled OH yea!)

In case any of you are interested, here is the car, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MakeTrack=true

in my old hometown about 70 miles away. I am pretty sure I loaded groceries in this one when I worked at the grocery store waaaaay back in 89-92. I remember the vent shades and non Pontiac rims. I still want it, but dont see it happening. I will be going there tomorrow and if I hear back from the sellers with an address, I will be happy to have a look for anyone here that might be interested.

I realized how much work they can all be when I dropped 50 bucks for enough oil and filters for both Bonneys and washed all 3 tonight (2 Bonnevilles and the white cursed Malibu.) Just a quick bath, MrsCrzydmnds got the tire wet treatment though LOL.
