Default limewire help

i've recently reinstalled windows and i put limewire back on my computer. when i click on the icon to start it up, it loads and puts the icon down by the clock but the interface doesn't come up. when i move the cursor over the icon it just disappears. does anyone have a clue of whats going on?

Uninstall. Reboot. Reinstall. Try again
