Just wondering
After having my Bonneville serviced at the dealer, I recieved a letter staing that I will be reciecing a survey from GM about the service dept.. They said "don't send it in with anything but totaly satisfied" checked. If there is anything that I'am not happy with, I should work out something with them first. I have a few issues with the service dept. Shoulld I tell them I want fog lights for life.

If you have something legit to gripe about then yeah, try and work something out.
The fact that they told you not to send it in with anything but totaly satisfied my be something worth putting on the survey.

Yeah they do that cause that affects their service rating. Answer the survey honestly, and that way if there IS something wrong at that dealer it may actually get resolved.
