no it is definitely not fun. To be honest it has been one of the biggest pains in the A$$ i have had to deal with in a while....but the end result is great.

As someone who has had over 4 houses I know how much of a pain it can be, seeking, accepting, offering, closing, moving in, renovating etc. :?

Thanks guys I appreciate the support. I just know that tile and trim work will not be as easy as a Intake Man. job LOL I never really had to make the intake "pretty"

PDAD--thanks for the encouragement .. Glad you made it home safe. I told my co-workers about your story and how our community helps each other out and they thought it was just great. Then they told me to stop goofing off on a Bonne site all day or i was going to get fired.
