Well..i feel adult now LOL. the bank accepted our offer so pending
financing

appraisals
clear title
and other closing complications....

thanks! my wife loves the house, but i am trying not to love it until all the pit falls are past us. but between you and me..i have a crush on the garage...20X25 500 sq feet of woman free man zone..LOL

Man, I remember that feeling when I got my first apartment. It was like...good and I was giddy, yet this thing in the pit of my stomach had me feeling all mature. I can't imagine what it must be like when you're buying a house!
