You may want to reconsider the "open to the public" part of it, though. Liability is a motherF-er.
At the very least, you need to put up a sign with Ride at own risk, owner assumes no liability, etc...

I'm not talking open like bring 50 random people from other states........
I am talking about like open to my friends.... they can come out and ride whenever.
This is not going to be something like 10 foot tall double jumps and stuff, more like just some descent jumps and some power slide turns. I am looking for more fun then a competition style, 5 lane wide professional track.
