Yeah im on PC and FEAR thats what im going to have to do since it will not even let me repair it

Well I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it doing the same thing..

ok I got it google is my friend....
I have a vista clone program and some of the programming in Vista and the Crystal Clone conflicts with vista.. so updated to a newer version (thought I had it) all is fine now.
