Ok, so my hot water heater problem doesn't even compare to this. That totally sucks man! And I agree with your ceiling looking like it'* growing boobies sorry, but that part is amusing. Hopefully you won't have any problems with the old owners lawyer.

So is anything ruined besides the ceiling obviously?

yes i alot of my daughters toys were soaked as that is her play room so we did not clutter her room with stuff.. the room next to that is my wifes computer room with all her important school books from the last 5 years of college.. thanks god its only toys that got ruined and the leak did not spread to the next room,


and yeah thats so funny because after the panic went away me and my wife were laughing hard at the ceiling boobies.
