Insanely obvious Yahoo news headlines
From the insanely obvious headlines department, comes this gem off Today'* Yahoo! News: "Common mistakes can add to tax bill."
Yeah, REALLY?? NO WAY!
Hey, guess what else? Common mistakes can also REDUCE your tax bill. In fact, any mistake on your tax return is pretty much going to add to your tax bill, or reduce it. Do we really need a freaking Yahoo news headline to tell us that common mistakes might add to your tax bill? This is about as obvious as "Hitting self in head with hammer can cause blunt force trauma." -Do we need a headline for THAT too?
The worst part is that the actual news article http://biz.yahoo.com/brn/060414/2468.html?.v=1 is titled "10 things to check before you send your tax return" -which is something all together different.
Man, I hate Yahoo'* headline writers.
