A while back I posted about having a problem with ImportZX. After all this time I have gotten no where. I looked them up on Ebay and found them to have 13 negitive feed backs. 4 in the last year. I looked up these feed backs and found the same problem I had. No responce to Emails, nd 2 references to damaged products in the last 12 months, and those customers not gettign a replacment or full refund. If I was a paranoid person I woudl think it'* teh same hood over and over again. I strongly suggest NO ONE do business with them. Can this company be added to teh avoid list?

just to add my .02 once again before adding them to any list...i have bought 4 different scoops from these guys and always got a good product pretty quickly...I do on the other hand understand that these guys should do something about this, that is very un-business like

I will agree with you, the hood seemed to be a good hood. But, customer support is where the problem is. I also found there to be 11 neutral feedbacks, mainly refering to very slow shipping, and very poor or no support at all. This seems to be a on going problem with them. They simply do not stand behind there product. Something else I noticed is shipping was listed as $40 on the site, but if you went threw a check out it was $20. But if you go on Ebay it'* $45. This was all for the same product. I tried to keep an open mind on this. I gave them several chances to make it right. I said all I wanted was the hood. They wont even respond to that.
