The is an RPO code that states USA/Canada

I believe its V73...

I believe that all of these cars meet the same missions standards.. But you'll want to dig into that a little further...

Hmmm thats weird.... does it have a converter at all? Maybe an ORC ? as opposed to a TWC?

Non Catalyst almost sounds like it was built for Export, like Overseas?

Cars from canda will pass emissions test from US, the only thing that can happen is that you will need to pass a test to make sure the car is fine, catalytic system, lights, etc...

Just to make sure it is in good shape.

My car is from Ontario, the province next to quebec in canada.

I had to pass that test, here thats the SAAQ test, based on like 150 item, from emergency light to catalytic converter..etc...... i got a sticker now on my windshield
telling that
i am legal in quebec.
