Congrats, owning a home is awesome.

It'* just too bad you won't have a lick of free time ever again, either something will need to be fixed in the house, or the yard will need to be cut, or the car will have to be worked on, it'* always somethings as a homeowner.

I'm only 6 months into home ownership myself. I feel your pain.

My big plan for a "Thank You" and housewarming psarty got shot down to pay for neccessities, dangit. Hopefully come Spring, tho.....

Very nice. I like the fact that there is a lot of room for additional circuits in the electric panel.

Nice looking place! Have fun putting your touch on everything! That'* the best part!

I ran into a lot of unexpected things for the first while of ownership (course my house is older than yours) but even so, it is nice to know you can do what you want with it and the money is not just going to some landlord.
