Default im super poor now.

bought a house and i finally have a garage. i went from a trailer to a brand new home all the years of saving are finally paying off. here is link to photo bucket album. i think

anyways its a 2 bed 1 bath but framed for 2 bed and 1 bath and a large living room down stairs. walkout basement. i got it for 124,900 but they paid closing cost and are adding some extra to the house. im so happy im home to close by dec 15th or sooner but they have to finish build the house and get all the inspections done.

Home ownership is not an indication of being super poor! you my friend are super wealthy.

Dont think of having a house as a big debt, its all about asset management!

Congrats on the purchase and enjoy it!

Congrats on a very nice pad. I'm very jealous of your garage.
