that'* what I figured he meant, but if you have a charger to charge the battery up (which I'm sure they do) there is no need to drive it anywhere.

That'* exactly why I didn't believe it There'* no need to go anywhere. At least start the car up every week or two for a few minutes.

also, if so many people were test driving it, theres no reason for the battery to go dead from sitting

Wish you were closer, I could get you some good legal representation. Really curious as to what happens.

I'll keep you updated. I'll go grab the contract we signed if you're curious. It'* pretty straightforward.

I'm not surprised he didn't call me back. Everything that told me something was fishy before I picked up the car makes complete sense now. This guy is completely guilty. I had a gut feeling about it, and I've trusted my instincts a lot more in the past couple years.

The BBB would hurt him more in this case than a lawsuit would. You said it was only 50 or so bucks in damages. It'd never go to court. They'd just settle, and noone but us would know. But, the BBB don't care about dollar amounts. They can ruin a business'* reputation real easy....

If you knew they'd done this with other vehicles you could call your local news. They usually have a consumer investigator

If he does not have my floor mats, then I'm expecting at least $40 for those, plus $60 for a set of ventshades. The added miles I can't expect $ for, and don't really care. It'* just the principle of the matter and the fact he'* lying through his teeth about what the car was driven for.

Still awaiting a call back. I e-mailed him last night asking for reimbursement....

BBB is on my agenda.
