And what a fun trip it was, too
I went from Anchorage to the Twin Cities, then off to Detriot
, then to Virginia. That was all commercial air, btw. Then from VA, on a big a$$ plane to Ireland. The carrier was OAI (Omni Air International). Nice ride. Spent 4 hours in Ireland, had me an Irish tall & dark
then I flew over to, and stayed in Guatar. Still not at my final destination
After 2 day'* there, it was Kuwait, in a C-17. Outstanding!!
You know the best part? I did not loose a SINGLE piece of luggage through all that mess
How cool is that?
I don't have any pictures at the moment. I have been here only 5 day'*, and the have been busy day'*, too!
I can tell you it'* hot
Avg daily is ~120°F . And were +7 hrs. of Eastern time zone. My job here is to escort third country nationals around base while they peform their job. Sound like fun, eh?

Glad to hear you arrived safe and sound. Seems like a very slight temperature diffence between there and your last assignment
Keep safe, Greg. Looking forward to seeing you back, stateside, soon.
