i just got a call.

one of my good friends was in a wreck today. her car rolled. shes in a coma, and the doctors don't know if she will wake up. even if the does wake up, theres a fair chance that she will be paralyzed.

just stuff about her: she was married earlier this year to a man she had been with for years. it really didnt work out and she came to the conclusion that it wasnt fair to him for them to stay together because she wasnt happy. she needed to get out before they had kids and she became trapped in a suffocating relationship. i trust that she made the decision that was right for her, and given what i know about her, it wasnt easy. her birthday was last friday, she turned 20.

shes probably the best person ive met. i respect her as a person and i love her (not in the same way i love my fiance).


so if you pray, please pray for her. even if she manages to come out of the coma, she might still be paralyzed. and regardless, there is still the financial aspect to consider. she will have a lot of tough times ahead of her . . ..

may god be with her and her family thru these rough times,
may he look over her like the child she is to him
and may he always be right there by her side holding her hand down this bumpy road
that life has thrown her way.
