Default I turn my wheel, and what do i hear?

A nice little grinding, coming out of the rear...

sounds like either my bearing cage busted in my left rear, or a brake is dragging. only happens when the weight is shifted. what i am hoping is that there is some <but not too much, too much is bad> play in that bearing, that is causing the drum to rub on pads that are stuck out some <perhaps from a sticky e-brake cable>. i hope to look at it this weekend, praying that that wheel stays on

no more highway runs for me

Just keep driving it, if the wheel fall off, no big deal.

gives a whole new meaning to "drive her till the wheels fall off"!!!

but on a more serious note, you might want to make sure that the brakes are dragging if you want to just keep driving it... brakes might be important...
