I KNEW FORD BUILT ALOT OF CRAPPY CARS BUT.............
I went over the lube manager and called the General Manager over the dealership and got him involved. I refuse to take "no" from someone that isn't the top dog in the company. When I found out about the lug nuts I called the guy back and told him that I've had about enough of this. He asked where he could call me back at and I said "Fine, call me at my work, State Farm #123-4567" and then his attitude got a little better. On the way home someone from the lube center called me and said the Gen'l Manager asked her to contact me. I gave her the rundown. I told her we aren't asking for anything other than to be made whole again and that they are liable for the damage. She agreed and said she would check on the lug nuts. If they try to give any more grief I will flat out tell them that I will email every agent I know in the area and have them tell all of their customers to avoid doing business with that dealership and Jeff will tell all of his customers also. (Jeff knows a ton of people). In cases like this I am Queen Biotch and ain't afraid to prove it.

Yeah Ford as a Company shouldn't be held acountable, though they should check into the people they hire, it sux when someone at a dealership is an idot and he screws up and then it looks bad on Ford'* part cuz the guy is a idiot...just the retard that worked on your car...
