I"m like that too, I can always tell when a 3800 starts, they have a distinctive sound to them.

I like the way my car sounds, I don't know how, but it'* just a bit more distinctive from the other SSE'* of my kind out there. A bit louder, a bit throatier...

... or is it just me?

GP'* have a shorter exhaust and different stock muffler. Not sure if they have a resonator or not.

It doesn't take much work to get your exhaust to make the perfect noise, but I prefer the quiet idle, at least. Sleeper off the line, then bust their eardrums. Might have to shoot some more vid today

GP'* have a resonator and two mufflers. They definately have a destinctive tone to them. I can also tell a 3800 from other engines. They have that kind of low pitched whining noise.
