oops. an update. I called the doctor and they said I didn't really have anything to worry about. They called in a prescription for an antibiotic and that is that. The cool thing is that the wound has almost healed. I superglued it and it healed up real nice.

I had a somewhat similar issue with some roomates a few years ago.. They pointed all the steak knives up in the dishwasher a few weeks in a row...

I did the same exact thing playing softball in H.*... Went to catch the ball and split my fingers apart. OUCH!!! But not really any blood. I went to the ER and got 15 stiches between my fingers. Still have a scar and that was 10-15yrs ago
