I usually dont get upset at slammed car doors unless its purposely done out of anger by someone other than me , but the thing that got me angry was most recently when I started having the problems with my car (gas leak, oil leak and a part of Thrust Seal falling out of the tranny) My girlfriend would always try to avoid using my car.

I would always say "lets take my car" and her reply would be "You sure" "Is it Safe?" "You sure its not going to break down?" And so on.........

Im like "I just bought the car and although it has some issues, its not going to break down!! Dont jinx me!!!" "do you think I would drive it if I thought it was going to die on me this very instant?"

Its all good because for one she wont drive my car at all. ( she uses the excuse that its too big) and two, I dont have to play the power seat game and adjust it everytime we swap driving. PITA when we were a one car family Ugggh.

Lifes too short. Get in, and hold on!!

any time my gf does something in my car id rather her not do, i ask her not to do it. if she asks, i come up with an eplanation why that little thing could cause my car to catch fire, then explode and then shed have to buy me a new car. its tough, but it gets the point across. and then neither of us get mad because weve communicated our issues (and ive been funny, which makes the situation kind of funny, but memorable)

ex** girlfriend.

she said something i didn't like about my best friend this morning and i said "i can't do it anymore.. it'* over.. sorry. i don't like when someone talks about the person who'* been there for me in the last 9 years of my life when i needed it'

she'* like 'so you're dumping me'

i said 'yea, sorry..'

I don't really take pride in being an ******* to people. I don't even mean to come off as one. I just don't like people who mistreat my stuff..or disrespect people i like.

plus

i have long legs so i can run really fast ..that is if you were to swing at me

but back on topic.

Sorry about my misunderstanding, but I've seen this on the board 'PITA'.. What is the acronym supposed to mean?

Hahah.

She used that on me too 'is it gonna break down' on the way to chicago the other night for dinner

i was like 'no.. i fixed everything..'

but yeah, she did slam it out of anger
