there were three. the left outer.. last night i got mad at my girlfriend for slamming my door and something of hers was in the trunk and i slammed it shut before she could get her stuff.. and i pushed from the left corner of the trunk so it flexed and when it came down it took out the mounts on my right outer taillight assembly

so it was an excuse to buy new tails like i wanted

only prob is the junkyard had 3 of them

but i bought them nonshalantly

i might be buying a full set from someone on here and having the junkyards as spares

we were in the front and she leaned over to kiss me and whatnot and she kicked the recline lever up with the edge of her coat and i said "WTF ARE YOU DOING YOULL BREAK THE DAMNED LEVER.."

she'* like "STFU YOU'RE ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT YOUR CAR.. /gets out and slams door"

my door was open so I got up, ran to the trunk, right before she reached in to grab her purse (since i had just gotten done installing my head unit and my old one was in there) and I said "WTF IS YOUR PROB,"

and she'* like 'good job you just totalled that outer..

i was like stfu and get your crap and get out of here

she hasn't dumped me yet

so i'm doing something right but back on track. yeah, my short temper screws me over again

I get ticked when mine shuts the door too hard. I tell her ya don't have to shut it sooooo hard,it may be big but,it'* not a barn door

everyone seems to do that

when i had my suburban she slammed it so hard once the speaker mount in the door cracked.. it was plastic, but still!

See Eric, you are lucky....if you were my boyfriend and talked to me like that you would have more to worry about than your car being broken......it would be more like a nose or jaw you would have to be concerned about.


and the fact that you post it on the internet makes it look like you are proud you treat your girlfriend like you do. pathetic imo

x2 when I get a bad temper I usually just stop talking. look "disappointed" or something...that way if she is pissed she will see I am angry/sad..then apologizes and all is well again. I like to avoid confrontation whenever possible, never really the one to start fights or try to continue them.

I hate it when people slam my door.
