Ok, to bring you up to speed here. I donate Plasma 2 times a week, I get $20 for the first donation, and $40 for the 2nd. But instead of gettign cash the donation center gives us a debit card. We then go to a ATM and withdraw the cash. A bit of a pain, but I can deal with that. So I donate yesterday and get $20 put on my car. The ATM only allow $20 incraments. I go to get my cash. Input my pin push fast cash, $20 and I get insufficent funds. What? Try again, I might have made a mistake, same thing. I figure, there must be a problem, I'll try tomorrow. So I go today and try, same thing. What the heck. Call the donation center, they say call Chase. So I do. Work threw the automated system and finally get a human, with broken english, and a bad connection. Great. She says I only have a ballance of $17. Ahh, no, I have $20. No she says, you have 3 $1 charges for withdrawing insuffencent funds. Hello, $3 plus $17 is $20, and that'* what I tried to withdraw. Sir, you did this at a non Chase ATM. No I didn't. Yes you did. We're now arguing about it. I say, it says Chase on the ATM, infact I have the recept right here and they say Chase on them. No sir, it'* not a chase ATM. YES IT IS!!!! Here'* the ATM ID number. I'm sorry sir, we cant refund those fees. What? You charged me a fee and wont refund it when it'* not my fault? Sorry sir, we cant help you. This is going no where and waisting my time. I hang up. Call the donation center again. Speak to the manager, she said I'm really sorry about this, here'* a $3 bonus and that will bring you to $20. Thanks. But why should they pay this when it'* Chase that ****ed up? What a joke!!!
There, I feel better now.

I have the exact same program for my donations. Except our payment system just changed for the weird. $20 for the first week, $30 for the second week, and then a $10 bonus for the 5th time, and a $30 bonus for the 7th time. In the end, it comes out to $240 a month, just like yours.
We only have 1 ATM we can use in the entire town of Mankato that doesn't have fees...at Target. I usually try to save up to around $300 before withdrawing.

They just messed ours up as well. $20, for the first, $35 for the second, and a $20 bonus after your 6th in a month. So no real bonus when you figure there'* 4 weeks in a month. We also have only 1 ATM in town, and we have over 50,000 people in this city. And no chase bank at all, so I can't even go someplace and complain. And what really irks me is I can't even pay at the pump with it when I fill up, I have to go in and pay.
