I am falling apart
Custom'* got a point. You didn't tell us (and nor do we really need to know) what you were doing but just remember to keep active, make sure to stretch and do everything in good form (lift heavy things with your legs, etc...).

ALEVE is about the best damn thing you can get OTC. I took it after I broke my hand and it just disappears the pain with no silly-*** side effects.
1 broken bone+1 pill everey 12 hours=NO PAIN unless I hit the damn finger on something.

sheesh. you pulled muscles from doing that?
I don't remember the last time I pulled a muscle and I"m lifting 150 pounds worth of pans (I work at a restaurant.) Everyday I work . Imagine a large pizza pan (pan style crust at pizza hut) then multiply that by around 50 or so.. yeah.. gets heavy fast.
Justin, you should remember to do some stretching exersizes to prevent MSI injuries, prior to starting to do any lifting or torquing.
Your skinny muscles need to be stretched and warmed up before any sort of rigorous activities.
And that includes spanking your monkey.
MSI = Muscular Skeletal Injuries
These type of injuries are very common in the workplace and proper exersize is key to avoiding them.
